Baked Sugar Cranberry and Orange Strips with Turkish Delight Ice Cream
Ingredients
4 Mission Deli Cranberry and Orange Breakfast Bread
2-3 tbsp icing sugar
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
250g[9oz] Turkish delight, cubed into ½ cm[1/4in] cubes
500g[1 lb 2oz] vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
100g[3 ½ oz] bitter chocolate, optional, melted

Method
Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas6.
Brush egg white over the Breakfast Bread.
Dust with icing sugar and bake until golden. Cut into strips.
Stir the turkish delight into the ice cream, then return to freezer to firm up.
Serve in tall glasses with melted chocolate drizzled over.
