Chocolate Biscuit, Dried Cherries and Marshmallow Wraps

Ingredients

200g bitter chocolate
100g milk chocolate
8 Digestive biscuits (120g) crushed lightly
60g semi dried cherries
50g sunflower seeds
60g semi dried cranberries
50g baby marshmallows
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Mission Deli Original Wrap

Method

Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.

When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil.

Mix well, then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients.

Carefully mix together.

Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.

Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.

Chill for 2 hours, then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
