Creamy Scrambled Egg and Smoked Salmon Wrap
Ingredients
1 Mission ‘Wheat & White’ Deli Wrap
3 large eggs
10g unsalted butter, diced
1 tbsp soured cream
Salt
Freshly ground
Black pepper
Few snipped chives
75g smoked salmon
Method
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat together.
Pour the eggs into a saucepan and place on a very low heat.
Add half of the butter and stir the eggs constantly to combine the yolks and the whites.
When the mixture begins to set add the remaining butter and continue stirring the eggs for 3-4 minutes to scramble.
Remove from the heat, add the sour cream and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the chives.
Gently warm both sides of the Deli Wrap in a dry frying pan.
Place it on a warm plate, fold it in half and arrange the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on one end of the wrap, fold the other end to cover just part of the eggs and smoked salmon. Serve immediately.
