Ham and Mozzarella Piadina

Ingredients

4 Mission Italian Piadinas
1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
8 slices of Parma ham
100g pesto
100g rocket

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Spread the pesto on half the Mission Italian Piadina.
Arrange 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of mozzarella on top, then top with a handful of rocket.
Fold shut and place in the oven for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
