Super Juicy Turkey Burger with Sweetcorn and Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
4 Mission Italian Piadinas
250g [9oz]turkey, minced
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp sweetcorn
4-5 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
Salt & pepper
Salad:
80g [30oz] red cabbage, finely sliced
40g [1 ½ oz] red onion, finely sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp walnut oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Dipping Sauce:
200ml [7 fl oz] mirin [Japanese fermented rice liqueur]
100 ml [3 ½ fl oz] soy sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
25g [1oz] fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice
5 spring onions, finely chopped
½ tsp red chilli finely chopped

Method
Place all the ingredients for the dipping sauce into a pan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Mix together the turkey, basil, sweetcorn, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and Worcester Sauce. Season and form into 4 small thin burgers. Fry in small batches and keep warm.
Combine the salad ingredients and leave to marinade for 10 minutes.
Warm each Mission Italian Piadina in a dry frying pan.
Into each Mission Italian Piadina place a little salad and a burger and serve with the dipping sauce.
